Anime Boston and new website stuff!

Mon May 25, 2009, 5:39 PM
So I this weekend I was at the artist alley at Anime Boston, and let me tell you, it was a good time. Especially compared to last year.

I was at the table with my bro :icontehkiah: and we both sold a lot of prints and met some awesome people. To those of you who came and talked to me and made friends with me, thanks a lot! It was the best con I've had yet. Ha ha. I might write a more detailed description of events later, but the main reason I'm writing this is to tell you about website stuff!

The Ten-Thousand Masks website is finally up, which you can find here: [link]

It's not 100% complete but we've got the main page and you can get to the new version of Para-Ten!

Here's a direct link to that: [link]

Hopefull *TehKiah's part of the site will be done soon

And we forgot to put the blog link on the site, so for those that don't know, it's here: [link]

Big thanks to :iconfox-orian: for helping us get that site stuff done.

Hey ever'body, I'm just here to tell you about the new Ten-Thousand Masks sketch blog.

Although I should probably tell you guys what Ten-Thousand Masks is. Right now it's jsut an artist group created by myself and *TehKiah. Now it includes, sort of ~YanYu and =fox-orian. Eventualyl we're hoping for it to transform into an actual studio for animation.

We've been working on websites for the new group and hopefully that stuff will be done by in the next two weeks. For now, though, we created a sketch blog! You can visit it here: [link]

There isn't much there right now, but we'll be posting doodles and stuff all the time there starting now! It's basically for everything we draw that we don't post here.

My Neighbors the Yamadas

Tue Mar 24, 2009, 7:45 PM
I have a question; does anyone know what program was used to make this movie?

I know it was all done digitally, but I'm wondering what specific softwares they used.

EDIT:

I figured it out! Thanks very much to :iconraindropmemory: for directing me to the Toonz website/program [link]

It actually says specifically on the site that Ghibli used it in My Neighbors the Yamadas, hurray.

Para-Ten Theme Song

Tue Mar 10, 2009, 4:54 PM
Hurray, I wrote a theme song for Para-Ten. A nice companion piece for Paveline's Theme.

I messed up a few times on the recording, but overall I think it came out pretty well. I might expand upon it later, considering it only clocks in at 1:46.

For those who missed Paveline's Theme, you can get it here, if you want:
