Inspired by the Charles River in Boston! Ha ha. I was over there sitting, reading, in a spot that looked roughly like the place in this picture. So I got this idea! No actual reference used though.
Feels good to do a full illustration. And one with two people in it no less! How rare for me. Ha ha. I saved a few progress shots of this so I'm thinking of making a "this is kind of sort of how I draw/pain" kind of thing and uploading it here.
